ABOUT ME

Hello! My name is Hannah Javidi. I’m a researcher and educator working to improve adolescent sexual health. With professional training in both applied psychology and public health, I seek to understand adolescents’ sexual beliefs and behaviors, with a specific focus on sexual consent and communication, and how these impact their psychological, relational, and sexual health outcomes. I take a community-based approach to engage adolescents in developing, evaluating, implementing, and disseminating digital health intervention efforts to improve their overall health, education, and quality of life.

My work has been recognized on the Forbes 30 Under 30 List (2025, Healthcare) and by the Boston Congress of Public Health 40 Under 40 Public Health Catalyst Award.

As of Fall 2025, I am working as a tenure-track Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychology at North Carolina A&T State University. Aggie Pride!!
